GLOBAL'S VISION AND MISSION

Third-party collection services play an integral role in our modern, credit-driven economy. In1995, GLOBAL CREDIT NETWORK, L.L.C. was created and designed to provide a unique collection and billing service to medical service providers, and others, who extend credit to their patients and customers. Since its formation, GLOBAL CREDIT NETWORK has established a proven track record as a professional and progressive collection agency, offering experience, skill, integrity and service for its clients and customers while maintaining the dignity and professionalism, which they deserve and demand. GLOBAL is dedicated to the concepts of efficiency and competitive advantage by remaining on the forefront of technology in the industry and eagerly welcomes the opportunity to provide effective collection expertise to its clients. GLOBAL is committed to providing its clients with effective, consistent performance designed to exceed expectations.

PUBLIC RELATIONS POLICY AND MANDATE

Although the sole objective of a collection agency is to effect maximum recovery of outstanding accounts receivables, the management and staff of GLOBAL CREDIT NETWORK recognize the equally essential need of its clients to maintain and promote the dignity of its patients and the reputation of their institution. Accordingly, health care accounts receive special attention with regard to patient relations. Without compromising results, GLOBAL demands that its employees afford each and every debtor the level of respect that the client itself confers to the people who use its services and which the community expects from its medical caregivers. We consider ourselves to be representatives of your organization in dealing with the public and, as such, we are as concerned with maintaining your reputation and dignity with the public as our own. Indeed, our years of experience have taught us that maximum results are achieved in conjunction with maintaining good public relations and not through heavy-handed dealings with the patient or consumer. This attitude and policy translates into success in our business goal of account collection and success in our policy goal of maintaining the positive public image of our clients.
